Power Team, the accounting subsidiary of Hemmingway Acquires TAD Bookkeeping Services
Power Team an established accounting firm based in Cheltenham has acquired TAD Bookkeeping Services, a bookkeeping firm founded by Theresa Cantwell in Evesham, Worcestershire 5 years ago. Power Team intends moving its operations into the Evesham offices with Theresa Cantwell taking on the role of Practice Director. The official announcement was made 1st September. The move to acquire TAD Bookkeeping Services first started 20th July 2022, the process took less than 2 months, the deal was signed 1st September 2022.

The acquisition of TAD Bookkeeping Services fits very well into the Hemmingway strategy for growth by acquisition. By purchasing TAD Bookkeeping Services, it strengthens our bookkeeping services and allows cross selling of other accountancy services which can only benefit TAD’s customer base with a “one stop shop” The acquisition further benefits the town of Evesham as the company will be amalgamated into the offices on High Street and with further acquisitions planned will benefit local jobs.
