Hemmingway an established accounting firm based in Oxfordshire has acquired Gareth Lawrence Accounting & Bookkeeping, an Accountancy & Bookkeeping firm founded by Gareth Lawrence in Warwickshire 3 years ago. Gareth is to remain at the merged firm. The official announcement was made 14th October. The move to acquire Gareth Lawrence Accounting & Bookkeeping first started 30th August 2022, the process took less than 6 weeks, the deal was signed 17th October 2022.
